Travel and lodging — covered by the hosting church
All training fees are separate from travel costs. The hosting church covers round-trip travel (flight or mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate) and one night of lodging when travel is required. San Antonio-area churches are not subject to travel costs. All travel arrangements are confirmed in writing before a date is booked.
Good to know
Book 30 days out
Training dates must be requested at least 30 days in advance so there is time for materials prep and travel planning.
Agreement required
A simple training agreement covering fees, travel, and expectations is signed before your date is confirmed.
Rescheduling policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 14 days before the training date to avoid a rebooking fee.
Nonprofit discount
Registered 501(c)(3) churches in financial hardship may ask about a reduced rate. These are reviewed case by case.
Founding church partners — 20% off training
The offer
For a limited number of founding church partners, Project Noah is offering introductory training rates — 20% off any tier for the first 3–5 churches we train.
In exchange, founding partners share a written testimonial, give permission to use their success story (named or anonymous), offer feedback on the training and resources, and refer another church leader if they found the training helpful.
